I think what you said was very reasonable. However, what about this? what if you composed a catchier post title? I am not saying your information is not solid, but what if you added something that grabbed a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is kinda boring. You ought to peek at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news titles to get people interested. You might add a video or a picture or two to get people interested about what you've got to say. In my opinion, it might bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
